The advertisement fixes a birth-date window, not an age: you must be born between 1 July 2005 and 1 January 2010, both dates inclusive. The tool counts whole years on 1 January 2027, which is our approximation of that window — if you were born before 1 July 2005 you are not eligible, whatever the result says. A three-year engineering diploma or a two-year vocational course (each with 50% aggregate and 50% in English) also qualifies in place of 10+2. The advertisement states no category relaxation, and only unmarried candidates may enrol.
