The notice sets two limits on 1 August 2026: below 32 for every post, and up to 35 for Medical Officers in the General Duty Medical Officers sub-cadre of the Central Health Service. The tool checks against the higher one, so if you are 32 or over (before any relaxation), only the Central Health Service post is open to you. There is no minimum age. The qualification — the written and practical parts of the final MBBS — is not checked here.

Rules read from UPSC Combined Medical Services Examination 2026 notice on 2026-10-12.
