Relaxations are for candidates domiciled in Madhya Pradesh only; a candidate from another state is held to 18–33 whatever their category. All MP-domicile women and government employees may be up to 38, which the category choice cannot show, and further relaxations (Vikram Award winners, inter-caste marriage, ex-servicemen, home guards) are in the rulebook. Scheduled Tribe candidates need only Class 8. The Driver post (men only) also needs a heavy-vehicle driving licence and a trade test, and its rulebook counts age on 29 October 2026.
