- Passed the 12th Standard or equivalent from a recognised Board or University, as on 7 October 2026. Candidates who have appeared in the 12th Standard examination can apply, provided the result is declared by that date.

The Staff Selection Commission has published the Notice of the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2026. The posts are Lower Division Clerk / Junior Secretariat Assistant at Pay Level 2 (₹19,900–63,200), Data Entry Operator at Pay Levels 4 and 5, and Data Entry Operator Grade ‘A’ at Pay Level 4, across central government ministries and departments.
