About this notification
The Board of School Education Haryana held the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test 2025 — Level 1 (PRT), Level 2 (TGT) and Level 3 (PGT) — on 4 and 5 July 2026, and declared the result on 22 August 2026.
A revised result is coming. Circular No. 19, dated 28 September 2026, says that on the basis of a re-review report (पुनर्समीक्षा रिपोर्ट) on the question papers and answer keys, taken up from candidates after the result, and to keep the process fair and transparent, a revised result (संशोधित परीक्षा परिणाम) will be declared soon, after biometric verification. Candidates who become qualified in the revised result and whose biometric verification is still pending will be given a chance to complete it. The Board reserves the right to withdraw the revised result if there is a technical error in uploading it.
Biometric verification. Circular No. 20, dated 29 September 2026, makes biometric verification compulsory before the result is declared, and set up district-wise verification centres in all 22 districts on 4 October 2026. Candidates from other states could go to the nearest district headquarters, and in special circumstances to any of the 22 centres. Candidates had to bring their original admit card and an original photo identity card. The circular states plainly that candidates who did not complete biometric verification on 4 October 2026 will not have their result declared. Circular No. 21 lists the centre in each district.
As of 12 October 2026 the Board had not yet published the revised result. We will update this page when it does.
A note on how this was checked: the circulars are in Hindi, and the press note uses a legacy Hindi font that does not extract as text, so the facts above were read from the documents themselves.
