एसबीआई ने 11 अगस्त 2026 को जूनियर एसोसिएट (कस्टमर सपोर्ट एंड सेल्स) पदों का विज्ञापन जारी किया: 24 राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों में 7,680 नियमित रिक्तियाँ, साथ में अलग बैकलॉग रिक्तियाँ। पंजीकरण 31 अगस्त को बंद हुआ। प्रारंभिक परीक्षा का कॉल लेटर अब एसबीआई के करियर पेज पर है; विज्ञापन में प्रारंभिक परीक्षा सितंबर और मुख्य परीक्षा नवंबर 2026 में अस्थायी रूप से दी गई थी।

- मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से किसी भी विषय में स्नातक, 31 दिसंबर 2026 तक उत्तीर्ण (अंतिम वर्ष के छात्र अनंतिम रूप से आवेदन कर सकते थे), और जिस राज्य/केंद्र शासित प्रदेश के लिए आवेदन किया उसकी चुनी गई स्थानीय भाषा में दक्षता।

State Bank of India advertised the recruitment of Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales) in the clerical cadre on 11 August 2026 (advertisement CRPD/CR/2026-27/17). Candidates apply for the vacancies of one State or UT only, and the merit list is drawn state-wise and category-wise. Registration ran from 11 to 31 August 2026 and is closed.
The advertisement lists 7,680 regular vacancies (SC 1,114, ST 837, OBC 1,716, EWS 760, General 3,253). The largest are Maharashtra 1,718, Tamil Nadu 1,410, Odisha 1,100, Karnataka 760 and West Bengal 555. It also lists backlog vacancies in separate columns — 287 for SC/ST/OBC, 355 for PwBD and 1,444 for ex-servicemen — net of a separate Special Recruitment Drive for SC/ST/OBC candidates (advertisement CRPD/CR/SPLDRIVE/2026-27/16).
SBI’s careers page now carries the preliminary examination call letter; the date, time and venue are printed on each call letter. The advertisement had put the preliminary examination tentatively in September 2026 and the main examination in November 2026. The preliminary is 100 marks in one hour (English Language, Numerical Ability and Reasoning Ability) and only shortlists; the main examination (200 marks) decides the merit list, followed by a local-language test for candidates who did not study the opted language in class 10 or 12.
