भारतीय वायु सेना ने अग्निपथ योजना के तहत अग्निवीरवायु इनटेक 02/2027 के लिए अविवाहित पुरुषों और महिलाओं से ऑनलाइन आवेदन माँगे। पंजीकरण 6 से 26 जुलाई 2026 तक हुआ और चरण 1 की ऑनलाइन परीक्षा 22 और 23 सितंबर 2026 को हुई।

पात्रता
- आयु सीमा
- जन्म 1 जुलाई 2005 से 1 जनवरी 2010 के बीच (दोनों तिथियाँ शामिल)। सभी चरण पास करने वाले उम्मीदवार की आयु नामांकन की तिथि पर 22 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।
- शैक्षणिक योग्यता
- विज्ञान विषय: गणित, भौतिकी और अंग्रेज़ी के साथ 10+2 (कुल 50% और अंग्रेज़ी में 50%), या तीन वर्षीय इंजीनियरिंग डिप्लोमा, या भौतिकी और गणित के साथ दो वर्षीय व्यावसायिक कोर्स — हर एक में कुल 50% और अंग्रेज़ी में 50%। विज्ञान के अलावा अन्य विषय: किसी भी स्ट्रीम में 10+2 या दो वर्षीय व्यावसायिक कोर्स, कुल 50% और अंग्रेज़ी में 50% के साथ। केवल अविवाहित उम्मीदवार नामांकित हो सकते हैं।

The Indian Air Force invited online applications from unmarried Indian men and women for the selection test for Agniveervayu Intake 02/2027, under the Agnipath scheme. The advertisement does not state a number of vacancies; shortlisting and the final select list are drawn up state-wise against state-wise vacancies, and “the number and employability of female candidates will be decided as per service requirement”.
Selection.
- Phase I — online test on 22–23 September 2026. Science subjects: Physics, Mathematics and English, 60 minutes. Other than Science: English and Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA), 45 minutes. Both together: 85 minutes. One mark per correct answer, 0.25 deducted per wrong answer. Questions are bilingual except the English paper. Marks are normalised, and candidates must qualify each paper individually.
- Phase II at an Airmen Selection Centre: Physical Fitness Test — a 1.6 km run within 7 minutes for men and 8 minutes for women, then push-ups, sit-ups and squats — followed by Adaptability Tests I and II.
- Phase III — medical examination by an Air Force medical team.
Physical standards. Minimum height 152 cm for men and women; 147 cm for women from the North East or the hilly regions of Uttarakhand, and 150 cm from Lakshadweep.
Pay and benefits. ₹30,000 a month in the first year, rising to ₹33,000, ₹36,500 and ₹40,000. Thirty per cent goes to the Agniveer Corpus Fund with a matching Government contribution, giving a Seva Nidhi package of approximately ₹10.04 lakh on exit (excluding interest). Life insurance cover of ₹48 lakh during the engagement. There is no gratuity or pension, and Agniveervayu do not get Ex-Servicemen status.
What comes next. The state-wise Provisional Select List is to be displayed on the CASB portal in the last week of May 2027, and the enrolment list for Intake 02/2027 after 1 June 2027.
