हरियाणा में ग्रुप डी पदों के लिए एचएसएससी की सामान्य पात्रता परीक्षा (विज्ञापन संख्या 05/2026)। वन टाइम रजिस्ट्रेशन पोर्टल पर पंजीकरण 19 जून से 5 जुलाई 2026 तक हुआ, दो दिन बढ़ाए जाने के बाद। आयोग ने परीक्षा तिथि अभी घोषित नहीं की है; परीक्षा 100 अंकों की, मैट्रिक स्तर की ओएमआर परीक्षा है।

शुल्क ₹1,000 की मानक दर का हिस्सा है। सामान्य श्रेणी के पुरुष परिवार पहचान या आधार संख्या (निवासी) अथवा आधार संख्या (गैर-निवासी) देने पर ₹500 और न देने पर ₹1,000 देते हैं। रियायती श्रेणियों के निवासी दोनों में से कोई न दें तो ₹500; इन श्रेणियों के गैर-निवासी आधार संख्या देने पर ₹500 और न देने पर ₹1,000। सीईटी ग्रुप सी विज्ञापन 1/2025 में आवेदन कर चुके आवेदकों को दोबारा शुल्क नहीं देना है। शुल्क वापस नहीं होगा।

पात्रता

- पंजीकरण की अंतिम तिथि को 18 से 42 वर्ष।

- हरियाणा सरकार के 25 मार्च 2022 के निर्देशों के अनुसार, अधिकतम 52 वर्ष तक: अनुसूचित जाति और पिछड़ा वर्ग 5 वर्ष; दिव्यांगजन 10 वर्ष (एससी, एसटी, बीसी या ईडब्ल्यूएस होने पर +5); विधवा, तलाकशुदा, न्यायिक रूप से अलग रह रही और अविवाहित महिलाएँ 5 वर्ष; भूतपूर्व सैनिक सैन्य सेवा + 3 वर्ष। आरक्षण का लाभ केवल हरियाणा के वास्तविक निवासियों को।
- शैक्षणिक योग्यता
- मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड से मैट्रिक, और मैट्रिक तक हिंदी या संस्कृत एक विषय के रूप में (स्वीपर, चौकीदार और स्वीपर-कम-चौकीदार को छोड़कर ग्रुप डी पदों के लिए)।

The Haryana Staff Selection Commission published Advertisement No. 05/2026 on 18 June 2026 for the Common Eligibility Test (CET) for Group D posts. Applications were made on the One Time Registration portal, onetimeregn.haryana.gov.in. A public notice of 3 July extended the deadlines: online applications closed on 5 July 2026, fee deposit on 8 July, and the correction window ran from 9 to 11 July. The notice says no further chance to fill or edit the form will be given.
Candidates registered for CET Advt. No. 1/2022 or CET Advt. No. 1/2025 had to use the same registration number; new applicants were given one.
The exam date has not been announced. The advertisement says the admit card and exam date “will be communicated separately”, and no such notice is on the Commission’s website yet. The list of Group D posts will also be published separately — this advertisement does not state a number of vacancies.
The test: 100 multiple-choice questions, 100 marks, 1 hour 45 minutes, at matriculation level, bilingual (English and Hindi) and OMR-based. There is no negative marking for a wrong answer, but a candidate who leaves a question must fill the fifth bubble; leaving all five blank costs one mark. General category candidates need 50% to qualify, reserved categories 40%. If the exam is held in more than one shift, the Commission may normalise the marks.
Candidates who qualified the Group D CET held on 12 January 2024, whose marks are valid until 11 January 2027, have their marks out of 95 converted to a percentage for the combined merit list. CET marks are valid for three years from the result.
